Multiple stacks can be loaded in three different channels and can be superimposed on the reference brain or any other 3D image data set
e.g. Imagine now that you want to superimposed vglut stack as
well gadb1 stack on the reference brain.
If you have started FishExplorer newly, you will see the image as shown below.
Click the tab Anatomical Units (encircled red in the image above), anatomical viewer will appear on screen.
Next, select the vglut stack as a red channel
(encircled red in the image below). The superimposed stack will appear in both 2d and 3d viewer.
Next, select the gadb1 stack as a green channel
(encircled red in the image below).
